The Company Green Metals Poland Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) was incorporated in 2008. It was founded as a joint venture of the companies belonging to the Toyota – Group (TTC, TTESA).

In the year 2009 started thorough modernization of the scrap metal site together with rebuilding the existing infrastructure and building new facilities.

The works were completed in July 2010 and the Company started its operating activities within the full scope of its Mission.
